I like the honest language and feelings in this poem, in this line especially. The wanting to be free of all the games and the damage we do and have done to us and just honestly want and be with someone. I so understand that. People rarely talk about it, much less write it down so clearly.

I hope this was written for someone, that the person "gets it" and that they deserve the poem.
